Website & Service Terms
These terms set expectations for using the website and requesting private appointments. Service-specific information will be confirmed before an appointment is agreed.
About these terms
These terms apply to use of the Dr Skin Central Diagnostics website and to appointment requests made through it. Separate consent, clinical and payment terms may apply to a confirmed service.
You can contact the clinic if you need the legal operator or business details associated with a service before booking.
Website information
Website content is general information and does not replace individual medical advice, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Service information may change and should be confirmed before booking.
Do not use the website, email or general messaging channels for emergencies.
Booking requests
Submitting a form or message is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic agrees the service, suitability, fee, preparation, date and time with you.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and relevant health information and for following confirmed preparation instructions.
Fees, payment, cancellation and lateness
The clinic will tell you the current fee and what it includes before you commit. Where applicable, you will also be told about package prices, deposits, rescheduling, cancellation, non-attendance, refunds and late-arrival rules.
Ask for the terms that apply to your appointment before paying. A particular cancellation period or refund is not guaranteed unless it is included in the terms confirmed for that booking.
Clinical services and outcomes
Tests and treatments have limitations and do not guarantee a diagnosis, result or cure. A clinician may decide that a requested service is unsuitable, should be postponed or requires a different pathway.
Unexpected findings may require GP, specialist, urgent-care or emergency follow-up. You remain responsible for seeking urgent help when symptoms require it.
Reports, images and records
Where a report, result, image or aftercare document is included, the delivery method and expected timing should be confirmed for that service. Delays can occur when further review is needed.
Clinical records and personal information are handled in line with applicable professional, legal and privacy requirements.
External links and intellectual property
Links to NHS information, maps, messaging platforms and the main Dr Skin Central site are provided for convenience. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Website text, branding and original materials may not be copied or reused without permission, except where law allows.
Changes, complaints and governing law
The clinic may update website content and these terms. The current revision date is shown above.
Contact info@drskincentral.com with a service or website complaint. The clinic will explain the complaints process that applies to the service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
