Accessibility Statement

We want the diagnostics website to be usable by as many people as possible and are building it around clear content, keyboard access and responsive layouts.

Our accessibility goal

This website is being designed and tested with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA in mind. A formal audit of the production website and its third-party components has not yet been completed, so we do not currently claim full conformance.

This statement applies to diagnostics.drskincentral.com.

What you should be able to do

The site is intended to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, clear heading structure, descriptive links, text alternatives for meaningful images, zoom and reflow on smaller screens.

Motion should respect reduced-motion preferences, and form fields should have visible labels, instructions and understandable errors.

  • Navigate menus and content with a keyboard
  • Zoom text without losing essential content
  • Use headings and landmarks with assistive technology
  • Understand links, buttons and form labels out of context
  • Read content with sufficient colour contrast
  • Use the website on mobile, tablet and desktop

Known limitations and third-party content

Some appointment, cookie-control, reCAPTCHA, map or external messaging components may be supplied by third parties and may not offer the same level of accessibility as the core website.

We will document confirmed limitations and practical alternatives after production testing. Contact the clinic if any of these components prevents you from completing a task.

Requesting help or an alternative format

If you cannot access information or complete a task, email info@drskincentral.com or call 01473 948 271. Explain the page or service you were trying to use and the format or support that would help.

If you have communication, mobility, sensory or other access needs for a clinic visit, contact the clinic before the appointment so available arrangements can be discussed.

Reporting an accessibility problem

Contact the clinic if you find an accessibility problem or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements. Include the page address, a brief description and the browser or assistive technology used where you are comfortable doing so.

We review this statement after substantial website changes and at least annually.

Testing and preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 25 September 2026 while the new website was being developed. The compliance status will be updated after production testing of the website, forms, cookie controls and third-party components.
